Our Events

When women aren’t present, we must ask: “If not, why not?”

When women are discriminated against, we must call out poor practice.

When the treatment of women is not equitable, we must act.

And we must do this each time, every time.

With these beliefs, we conducted an event “Empowering Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership” to motivate women to come forward in the leadership position. The event was supported by Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPAC) Tasmania, for Celebrating International Women’s Day 2024. The event was Facilitated by Women Leaders from different fields of work including A/G Deputy Secretary (DPAC), HR Project Officer (DPAC), Senior Solicitor (Women’s Legal Service Tasmania), Manager (Hobart City Council) and Chair (MCOT).

There was a great participation of Men and women from various backgrounds and a fruitful discussion on the leadership pathway was shared among the speakers and participants.
