NEST hosted a press meet, bringing together community members for an engaging networking session. The event celebrated our achievements, fostered connections, and explored collaboration opportunities to promote community wellbeing and engagement.

 

The Mayor of Glenorchy City Council, Sue Hickey, joined alongside other community leaders and members. Highlights included the announcement of our new health and wellbeing initiative, the Chiya Guff Run Club, and a presentation on the significance of the Nepali Community Language School, Pathasala. We also officially launched our two-year program and project calendar, providing a roadmap for future initiatives.

 

This gathering offered a platform to honor our key stakeholders and sponsors, recognizing their invaluable support over the past two years. Their contributions have been instrumental in the success of our events and projects, enabling us to strengthen our community and its connections.
